Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Hersey & Son silverware; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons and due to their bespoke nature, earrings and personalized engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original Hersey & Son presentation box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our silversmiths have inspected the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
